可以将喜羊羊的形象替换为北京冬奥会的吉祥物冰墩墩雪容融，或者替换为今年的生肖虎

可以加入一个I do you say 的游戏，老师表演，同学们来猜单词

可以加一个课文复述环节，巩固对课文的印象

Step1 Lead in

1. Play a game: If you see Xi Yangyang, please say shh. If you see others, please read and act it out.

2. Look at the boy. What does he do? He stands up. What does this symbol mean? It means don’t do sth. Don’t=do not. So the sign means don’t stand up.

Step 2 Presentation

In U1 we have learned many verb phrases about action. Today we will continue to learn more verbs.

1. Look at the picture. What do they do? They talk to each other. What does the signs mean now? It means don’t talk. What does he/she do? He/She shout/ run/ eat/ sleep/ drink. What does it mean now? It means don’t shout/ run/ eat/ sleep/ drink.

2. Play a game-Quick response: Say the words or phrases according to the picture.

3. So we know that if you don’t want sb to do sth, you can say don’t.... Like don’t dink; Don’t open the door.

Story time

1. Do you know who they are? They are Liu Tao and Yang Ling. Can you guess where they are from the picture? They are in the library.

2. Do you know what Liu Tao does in the library? Watch the cartoon and make your choice. He shouts, runs, eats, talk and sleep in the library.

3. Based on Liu Tao’s behavior, what are Yang Ling’s advice? Please underline the relating sentences. Don’t shout. Don’t run. Don’t eat here. Don’t talk. Don’t sleep.

4. What does Liu Tao feel at last? He feels embarrassed and sorry. What does he say? He says I’m sorry.

Step 3 Practice

1. Read the story after the tape.

2. Choose one way to read the story in groups.

3. Try to act out the story.

4. Summary: What shouldn’t we do in the library? What should we do? Be polite.

Step 4 Homework

1. Read the story for three times.

2. Copy the new words on the notebook.
